Whoever is responsible for Russia's PR should be given the boot. Believe only the mainstream western press and you'd believe that the country's streets are overflowing with danger, that tourists are stopped in their tracks, that cigar-chomping mobsters run the club scene, that all is loud and flash in the "New Russia".
